Month long cocktail festival in Edinburgh Fringe
The brief: When the opportunity arose to take over a central square during Edinburgh Festival, we gave ourselves a brief – to showcase the best of Scottish cocktail culture and world class hospitality during the city’s busiest season.
What we did: We conceived, designed, planned and produced a festival within a festival, running for thirty days, and featuring twenty Scottish brands.
Over and above: Food and drink offerings during Edinburgh Festival are often overpriced and underwhelming, so we made it our mission to produce consistently delicious cocktails, and to offer them at an accessible price point, so locals and visitors alike could enjoy these home-grown luxuries.
